FAQs
What is the dress code for your wedding?
There is no dress code; wear whatever you would like, whether that’s casual or formal. We will be taking photos at the ceremony and reception and want everyone dressed however feels authentic to them. We’d ask people avoid wearing white, as that will be our colors for the wedding.
Are children welcome?
Yes, though we have no special accommodations for them.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes! We will provide both a vegan and gluten-free option, though please include that detail in your RSVP so we know how much to order.
Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?
You can contact Cameron at cmlafor@gmail.com or 202-594-7603
What’s with all these animal drawings? Who are these characters? Who drew them?
That’s us! We’re furries and those are our characters, they represent us, the fox is Cameron’s and the otter is Tom’s. They’ve been pretty symbolic and important in our relationship so it only made sense to incorporate them into the theme/design for the wedding. And Tom’s the artist, both of the quick little doodles around the site as well as the more detailed pieces.
Are we expecting everything on the registry? Can we bring you something not listed on the registry?
We want to provide plenty of options of people to choose from. No one is expected to get us anything at all really, the registry is 100% optional. If there’s something that can’t be found on the registry or on Amazon at all feel free to bring it or reach out to us. We just want to fill it out with a variety of items in a whole range of prices so those who would like to get us something have plenty of options to choose from that they’ll know we’d love. We have already been blown away by people’s generosity, and will be working to send thank you notes after the ceremony
Will there be a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person?
We are working to try and option a live stream of the ceremony, however the site of the ceremony is a little remote, in a forested valley, so its been a challenge trying to ensure internet connectivity there. We are still investigating options, but if we cannot make a livestream happen, rest assured we absolutely will be recording the ceremony and sharing it here on this website.
